In the agreement, Soccer Fanatic will become the exclusive uniform, equipment and fan gear supplier for the SD Flash as they embark on their inaugural season as a Professional Soccer Club in the National Premier Soccer League. In addition, also on an exclusive basis, Soccer Fanatic will market SD Flash Soccer Club merchandise at each of their retail locations, at their website (www.SoccerFanatic.com) with an online team room and with a professional kiosk for vending at SD Flash home games.
The Soccer Fanatic Soccer Store has been in business for over 14 years in Southern California. They have an extensive reach in the San Diego Soccer Community. Approximately 90% of all Youth Soccer Clubs in San Diego County get their team apparel from Soccer Fanatic. This would include over 45 Youth Clubs and thousands of Youth Players per year. Through the years, they have accumulated upwards of 300K Soccer Specific customers from San Diego, in their database.
The Partnership also means that Soccer Fanatic will market the SD Flash, exclusively, to their database.
